Conditional Waiver Exceptions
The $100 diagnostic fee is entirely waived ($0) only if the target property satisfies all three of these specific parameters:
- The home is currently completely Vacant.
- The property is located out in the County (outside city limits).
- The building features a Pier & beam layout or a Mobile home on blocks (concrete slabs do not qualify).

Pre-Inspection Requirements Checklist
To ensure our digital water level mapping instruments remain perfectly calibrated during your 20-30 minute diagnostic appointment, please verify these three parameters before Terry arrives:
- Interior Access: Terry must walk through the inside of the structure to map your home's exact digital elevation profile.
- Secure All Pets: Animals must be placed outside or safely contained in a separate room during the active walkthrough.
- Clear Paths: For safety and calculation precision, please ensure floors are clear of loose obstructions and running children during the sensor mapping sequence.
